- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is available on request. Customers outside India can contact us for a customized shipping quote.

- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. You will be informed about the estimated dispatch time for such products.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If the package is not received, it will be returned to us.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items:
